Newera Automotive Equipment Sdn. Bhd. (NAE) was established in 2010 as a subsidiary of Newera Equipment Supply Sdn. Bhd. Our geographic reach stretches across Klang valley, Seremban and east coast state of peninsular Malaysia. We provide superior quality tyre and automotive servicing equipment to tyre shops and independent workshops. We also supply equipment to premium truck workshops and participate in government tenders seeking high quality equipment.

Sales Executive

Job Description
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Diligently and consistently deploying the market approach and sales methodology established by the company
  • Identify, recruit and develop customers/business partners, in order to build a stable sales platform that is profitable and has sustainable long-term growth potential
  • Meet sales targets established in the company’s business plans, including product mix objectives
  • Perform collection duties in line with company’s credit policy and procedures
  • Track and monitor product performance, analyze results and present improvement recommendations/solutions to customers
  • Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including training, problem resolution, providing expert advice/consultancy, strengthening customer relationship, etc
  • Keep abreast of market developments and competitor actions, and provide feedback to management
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 2 – 3 years sales experience
  • Result-oriented and dynamic in promoting sales with proven sales track records
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, independent and service-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within country and overseas.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered

Other Information

  • Salary will commensurate with job experience & qualification
  • 5 days work week
  • Working location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
